Terms of Service & Code of Conduct
Rules and expectations governing digital registration, campus event attendance, quiz battle fair-play, and credential verification across the AWS Student Builder Group at Noida International University platform.
1.Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our web portal, registering for an event, personalizing an attendee badge, competing in the Speed Quiz Arena, or looking up a certificate, you explicitly agree to these Terms of Service, our DPDP Privacy Policy, and all applicable university campus guidelines.
2.Event Registration & Gate Entry Passes
- Authentic Identification: Registrations must reflect your authentic legal name and active institutional or personal email. Duplicate or fraudulent submissions may be voided.
- Non-Transferability: Official Digital Gate Passes with QR security codes are personal to the registered delegate and may not be bartered or re-sold.
- Campus Security: Attendees must present their official digital pass at the Noida International University security gates along with valid government or college photo ID.
3.Live Quiz Arena & Strict Anti-Cheat Protocols
To maintain fair competition for all students during live auditorium prize battles, our Speed Quiz Arena enforces strict technical telemetry:
Switching browser tabs, inspecting DOM answer keys, opening search engines, or using automated script bots triggers immediate strikes. Exceeding strike limits automatically auto-submits your test and forfeits podium prize eligibility.
4.Certificate Validity & Intellectual Property
Official Participation, Speaker, and Volunteer Certificates issued by AWS SBG NIU contain cryptographic hashes and unique verification codes. Attempting to forge, modify, or misrepresent credential metadata constitutes academic misconduct.
All workshop slides, hands-on architectural diagrams, and brand marks belong to their respective owners. Amazon Web Services, AWS, and the AWS logo are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates.
5.Delegate Code of Conduct
AWS Student Builder Group at NIU is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and harassment-free learning environment for everyone, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, race, or religion. Unacceptable behavior will result in immediate expulsion from the session and cancellation of digital passes.
